Try Me Bicycle's "Voicings" out now!!!
"Voicings", the debut album by Phoenix, Arizona quartet Try Me Bicycle, was released on March 28, 2007.
Recorded at Capitol Studios in Los Angeles, "Voicings" was produced by Michael Krassner and features additional performances by Wil Hendricks. "Voicings" is now available for purchase on Try Me Bicycle's website.
Pillars perform on Califone's "Roots and Crowns"
Califone's latest album, "Roots and Crowns", was released on Thrill Jockey records on October 10, 2006. Like their previous album, "Heron King Blues", "Roots and Crowns" was recorded in part by Michael Krassner, and features performances by both Wil Hendricks and Michael Krassner. The album charted in the Top 30 on both the Billboard Top Heatseekers chart and the Billboard Top Independent Albums chart.

The Unseen Hand
The Lofty Pillars' Wil Hendricks and Michael Krassner have teamed up once again with Califone's Tim Rutili to form a new ensemble called "The Unseen Hand".
A new original score by The Unseen Hand is featured in John Hyams' acclaimed documentary, "Rank", which premiered in March, 2006 at the South by Southwest Film Festival in Austin, TX. "Rank" has also aired regularly on the Independent Film Channel (IFC) since October, 2006.

New Pillars LPs?
Since their 2001 release, "Amsterdam", Hendricks and Krassner have concentrated primarily on producing, engineering, and performing on releases by other artists.
A third Pillars album is (still) in the works. A 2008 release is possible.
